- Exterior - finished with cement-asbestos shingle siding

- Interior - divided into divisional and functional areas by the arrangement of the wings
- Walls of the vaults and the adjacent stairwell framing and the floors and roof of the central part of the building were made with reinforced-concrete fire-resistant construction.
- Heating - by the area steam distribution system and forced-hot-air duct system with ceiling outlets

- Automatic sprinkler system with exposed piping for fire protection
