• Original structure of X-600 Steam Plant: 72 ft. high x 99.5 ft. long (east unit) and 37 ft. high x 99.5 ft. long (west unit)
• 19,506 square feet
• Reinforced concrete walls on ground floor, transite siding on a flat roofed, steel framed structure for the operating floor and upper floor
• Steam capacity: Three coal-fired boilers, each rated for continuous operation at 125,000 lbs. of steam per hour at 125 psi
